| Brief |
Prestige was commissioned by the Home Office in February 2006 to carry out the translation of a booklet ‘Living and Working in Britain’, which was intended to provide friendly and accessible advice on a range of issues, from buying a home to driving in the UK. The English-version of the document was written in a semi-formal style and it was important to maintain this style across the translation process in order for the document to be as effective and helpful as possible.
