Linguist Recruitment Administrator

Brief Description
In this role you will have sole responsibility of the recruitment of linguists. You shall also be working closely with the Quality Assurance and Translations Departments, providing administration support. General office duties may be required on occasions.
Duties and Responsibilities
MAIN DUTIES
Sourcing and recruiting of linguists and translators
Liaising with linguists and clients either through verbal or written communication
Performing CRB checks
Security clearance with the Home Office
Support the Quality Assurance and Translations Departments
ANCILLARY DUTIES
Answering the phones and dealing with enquiries
Meeting and greeting visitors / customers
Essential Skills
A good command of the English language, both written and verbal.
First class organisational and co-ordination abilities
Extremely methodical
Accuracy and attention to detail essential
Computer literate with an intermediate knowledge of; Word and Outlook
Desirable Skills
Bilingual ( any foreign language an advantage )
Previous experience within a similar role ( for example in a recruitment agency ) would be a distinct advantage although not essential as training will be provided

Hours of Work:
Monday to Thursday 9 - 6 / Friday 9 - 5
Lunch Break: 1 hour
